Account and Data Deletion
You have the full right to request deletion of your BeautyGo account and all associated data in accordance with the GDPR. Our goal is transparency, protecting your privacy, and ensuring the safety of both individual users and businesses using the platform.
How do I request account deletion?
You can choose one of two paths:

Online form – please fill out at: https://www.beautygo.pl/delete-account

Email – send a message to support@beautygo.pl , necessarily from the email address associated with your BeautyGo account, so that we can verify your identity.
What happens after submitting the application?

Verification of the application

Our customer service team will confirm receipt of your request within a maximum of 48 hours.

If we need additional confirmation of your identity, we will ask you to provide additional information (e.g., confirmation of your email address, a fragment of your account data).

Removal process

Your account and all personal/company data will be permanently deleted within 14 days of your request being confirmed.

All photos, posts, comments, profile information, friends/followers list and other content you have added to the platform will be deleted.

Reservation, transaction, and payment history may be retained only to the extent required by Polish law (e.g., accounting and tax obligations). After the retention period expires, this data will also be deleted.

Exception for companies and service providers

If you run a business or provide services through BeautyGo and have active customer bookings at the time of your application, our support team will contact you to:

ensuring the implementation of already agreed services, or
-
establishing an alternative solution that does not violate customer rights (e.g. redirection to another service provider).

The data deletion process will only be completed once active bookings have been processed to ensure the security and satisfaction of end customers.

Confirmation of process completion

Once your data has been completely deleted, you will receive an official confirmation email.

The email will also contain information about whether and what data has been retained for the period required by law.

Processing time: The entire process takes up to 14 days, excluding any time needed to process active customer reservations.
